Finishing Touches
A nice outfit includes more than your jacket, shirt, jeans, and shoes. Little accents and accessories may completely transform an outfit. Men’s Accessories, on the other hand, can be worn outside of the home. Let’s take a look at 13 of the most crucial men’s accessories.
Here’s the list of men’s accessories that adds value,
1. White Pocket Square

First and foremost. A pocket square in white. This is one of the most useful pocket squares. It’s extremely simple to style. It goes well with a formal outfit and goes well with a business outfit. It can be either business or smart casual. Works with a wide range of jacket colours and patterns… In my opinion, you should actually have two white pocket squares. You should make one out of cotton. You should also have one in silk. This is because you want to be able to cover the gamut from very formal to more casual. Silk is a more formal fabric. Cotton is more relaxed. I will say that it is worthwhile because you will get so much use out of it.
2. Tie

Second item. A tie. Perhaps you are not required to wear a tie on a daily basis. Whether or not it’s a requirement for your job, it’s something every man should own. Again, like pocket squares, I believe one is insufficient. You should have at least two ties to cover you from a more formal standpoint to a more smart casual and relaxed one. I’m going to recommend a navy grenadine tie for that one, for the more smart casual tie. Because it has some texture, it lends itself to more casual looks. Then, for the dressier tie, we’ll go with a classic striped silk tie. To be safe, play it safe and I recommend navy for the most versatility. It’s also a good option if it’s your more formal tie.
3. Tie Bar

Third position a tie bar as an accessory for your tie. Every now and then, it’s a nice little extra touch. It’s also very practical because it keeps your tie attached to your shirt, preventing it from blowing in the wind or dipping into your coffee. Choose one that is simple and complements the majority of the metals you wear. So, if you wear a steel wristwatch, the same goes for your tie bar. Avoid using novelty tie bars. Not the best way to get people’s attention.
4. Sunglasses
Sunglasses are number four. Every man should own a pair of sunglasses. And the sunglasses you select should truly reflect your style and personality. It’s difficult for me to say that this is the only pair of sunglasses you should own. Try some Clubmasters if you prefer a more traditional look. If you prefer a more athletic look, consider aviators from Ray-Ban, Randolph Engineering, or American Optical. If you have a classic style and are comfortable and confident in your sunglasses, I recommend the Persol 649 or 714.
5. Scarf
Fifth position a scarf. Scarves serve two functions. Practical. They help to keep you warm. And also aesthetically pleasing. They look good and used as an accent. This can help to complete your look by complementing it. Again, your scarf should reflect your personal style and personality. I would suggest a wool scarf. If you prefer something more traditional, go with a solid colour. Navy is always a good option. If you want something a little more seasonal, try camel or burgundy. If your style is more daring, or perhaps more advanced, go with a pattern. A large plaid is ideal. Scarves with extremely intricate and interesting patterns are also available.
6. Belt
Sixth position. A belt. The most common question about belts is whether they must match your shoes exactly. Your belt and shoes should ideally be the same colour. When they match, they look great. But let’s be honest. If you own several pairs of shoes, it is impossible—well, not impossible, but unrealistic—to have a belt to match each and every one of them. You will be adequately covered in almost any situation if you have a black leather belt and a medium brown leather belt.
7. Briefcase
Seven position . It’s a briefcase. Just because you don’t work in an office doesn’t mean you can’t carry a briefcase. As I’ve said throughout the video, any accessory you own should complement your style, lifestyle, and the purpose for which you intend to use it. There are many different types of briefcases for people of all ages. If you work in a more traditional office setting, a leather briefcase is a great option. Frank Clegg is one of my personal favourites. A classic Filson briefcase in twill is the way to go if you want something more casual. Then, if you’re looking for something a little different.
8. Weekend Bag
In number eight. A bag for the weekend. I’m referring to a duffle bag. A suitcase is fine, but a good weekend duffle bag is much more stylish and classically elegant in my opinion. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It also assists you in becoming a more efficient packer. Leather duffle bags are the most fashionable and, of course, the most expensive weekend bags. In terms of leather quality, you get what you pay for here. A higher-quality leather bag will both last longer and look better with age. Honest Clegg is my choice once more. Filson is a great option for something more casual and outdoorsy. I would choose a medium size.
9. Watch
Number nine is wristwatch. You couldn’t be watching this video and not know I was going to pick a watch, could you? I believe you should have two watches in your collection: a dress watch and a sportier watch. Dress watches should be simple and not overly complicated. It could be a timepiece only, with a sweep seconds hand, a date window, and a leather strap. A sporty watch on a metal bracelet can be larger. Of course, when it comes to watch pricing, the sky is the limit. You should choose something that fits both your budget and your style.
10. Wallet
Ten number is wallet. To be honest, I’m not a big wallet guy; instead, I use a card case, which is also a good option. A good wallet or something to keep your valuables, such as IDs, cash, and credit cards, is essential. And, like all accessories, the one you choose is an expression of your personality and personal style. There are many cool, more technologically oriented wallets available, but if I were a wallet guy, I would go with a leather billfold or trifold wallet.
11. Cufflinks
Cufflinks are number eleven. You don’t need cufflinks if you don’t have a French cuff shirt, but you should get one because they are super stylish. A simple pair of cufflinks is a must-have. Consider the metals you wear the most and get your cufflinks in a matching metal. You can create a simple oval. You know how to tie a knot. Both of these are extremely versatile and can be worn with a variety of outfits. Cufflinks allow you to show off a little bit of your personality or your interests. There are numerous types of cufflinks available, ranging from bicycle gears to rubber chickens. However, avoid these more unusual cufflinks, especially if it’s going to be a formal occasion.
12. Pen
The pen is number 12. And I don’t mean a Bic or the pen you stole from the last hotel you stayed in. Having a pen is, in my opinion, one of the characteristics of a modern-day gentleman. It’s nice to use your own pen to sign the bill at a restaurant, for example. If you’ve done it before, you’ll understand what I mean. It doesn’t have to be a high-end pen. This could be the Fisher Space Pen or the Karas Kustoms Retrackt pen. That could also be something a little fancier and more expensive, such as a Montblanc.
13. Doopkit
Dopp kit is number 13. When travelling, you’ll need a place to keep all of your toiletries and grooming supplies. Don’t just throw them in your bag or suitcase at random. Purchase a proper dopp kit. A decent dopp kit will cost you around $30-40, but you can pay more for a more premium product. Whatever you choose, make sure it’s sturdy and large enough to hold all of your belongings.
