What Regular Food Can Be Eaten On Medifast? Can I Have Seasonings And Fruits?

Avoid Fruit & Dairy & Starches
While on the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan, you need to avoid fruits, dairy, and starches because of their high carbohydrates contents.
